EV Expo 2012 seeks to provide both our attendees and exhibitors the best possible experience. We are dedicated to making sure the time and resources you devote to the event are well spent. If you have any issues with the process or what is delivered we encourage you to discuss them with the EVent organizers.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Daily admission fees to the Exhibit area of the event will not be refunded. Prepaid payments made online for the workshops and EVforum will be refunded at a rate of 50% if cancelled 10 days prior the EVent opening and 25% five (5) days prior to February 21st opening. Notice must be made via email to support@evexpo.org.
